No. We come out, look at the job and give you a written quote at no cost.
Are you licensed and insured?
Confirm with client: licensing, liability insurance amount, WSIB coverage.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. Roughly, a bathroom takes 1-3 weeks, a kitchen 3-6 weeks and a deck 1-2 weeks. Your quote will include a timeline.
Do I need a permit?
Some projects do, including structural changes, basement finishes and many decks. We'll let you know up front and can take care of the permit.
